How a jurisdiction goes live

  1. 1. Roster. Every board that touches development is listed, and its agendas sampled, before anything is built.
  2. 2. Read. The nightly fetches each body’s agendas and packets and extracts the applicant, the owner, the firm of record, the site and the request.
  3. 3. Verify. Extractions are checked against the source documents, body by body, before the jurisdiction reaches customers.
